Just over 100 spectators were present in Thurles yesterday as Anthony Daly's Munster crushed Ulster by 15 points in the GAA Interprovincial hurling semi-final.

Captain Seamus Callanan scored 1-7 as Munster ran out comprehensive winners and manager Anthony Daly repeated his view that it's time to take the ailing concept overseas.

"I believe there's a great opening to play the two finals there - bring the Liam MacCarthy and the Sam Maguire to Ruislip, it wouldn't cost a fortune," he said.
