Sligo 3-17 Longford 1-14
Sligo hurling talisman Keith Raymond bagged 2-10 as the Yeats County wrapped up their campaign with victory over Longford at Markievicz Park.
While table-toppers Longford were already through to the Division 3B decider against Warwickshire, they'll note how Raymond took apart their defence with two superb first-half goals.
Sligo were full value for an interval lead of seven points, 2-9 to 0-8. But two crucial saves from Sligo net-minder Declan Loughnane, the team's player-manager, to keep out goal attempts from Cathal Mullane, the second of which was from a 52nd-minute penalty, ended Longford's slim hopes of a comeback.
