Holders Tyrone came through a gripping quarter-final at Swords, seeing off Fingal with a late flourish in extra-time.
It didn't look good for the Red Hands at the end of the opening half, when they trailed by seven points, but Matthew Mulgrew's goal sparked a revival.
The home side needed a late JM Sheridan free to tie it up at 0-18 to 1-15 at the end of normal time.
Skipper Damian Casey then completed a 10-point haul as he led his side over the finish line.
Fingal raced into a four-point lead inside the opening five minutes and the Red Hands still trailed by four at the end of the opening quarter. The north Dublin men pushed on and led by 0-13 to 0-6 at the break.
Mulgrew got his goal in the 41st minute, but it wasn't until the 68th minute that Tyrone went ahead for the first time before Sheridan took the game to extra-time.
The sides were both still deadlocked - at 0-20 to 1-17 - midway through added-time.
But Tyrone pushed on to claim victory, with scores from Casey, Gerard Gilmore and Conor Grogan.
