Watch: Michael Darragh MacAuley, Marty Morrissey and Darren O'Neill share their memories of playing minor Newsdesk Newsdesk

The first All-Ireland minor final of the year takes place this weekend, with Tipperary taking on Limerick in the hurling decider before the Premier county take on Kilkenny in the senior final.

Most of the players taking part in the battle for the Liam McCarthy cup will have also played at the minor grade, and the memories of those underage encounters no doubt remain strong all these years later.

Ahead of this weekend, a host of top GAA personalities looked back on what playing minor for their county meant to them.
