Donegal topped Section A and qualified for a McKenna Cup semi-final meeting with Monaghan after a five-point win at Celtic Park.

Both sides made a raft of changes but it was Donegal who settled best. The first half was one to forget, with Donegal leading 0-4 to 0-2 at the break before the game sparked into life somewhat.

Up next for Donegal is a second meeting with Monaghan, whom they beat by a point last time out.
