Mayo will take on Galway in the final after they overcame Sligo in Castlebar last night.
Four goals from Castlebar Mitchels' Paul Walsh set Mayo on their way to the decider next Friday in Tuam.
Mayo led 0-2 to 0-1 when Walsh's first goal arrived on eight minutes, with an opportunistic bicycle kick.
He added a second two minutes later, drilling a shot to the corner as they led 2-6 to 0-3 at half-time.
Walsh's hat-trick, in the 44th minute, widened Mayo's lead to 11 points. Sligo briefly threatened a revival with a goal from Jack Davitt, but late goals from Ciaran Mylett and Walsh helped Mayo ease home.
