Video: GAA manager headbutted after game following large brawl at half-time Newsdesk Newsdesk

There were ugly scenes during the Division Four football final in Meath which resulted in a half-time brawl and one of the manager's being allegedly head-butted after the final whistle.

Curraha manager John O'Brien was the alleged victim of the headbutt after watching his side beat Dunsany by 0-10 to 0-9 at Pairc Tailteann in Navan.

There were unsavoury scenes at the end of the first half with the sides locked on five points apiece when players and mentors flooded the field during a large schmozzle in the centre of the pitch which involved players and mentors.

Below is footage of the row:

There didn't seem to be any punches throw and each side kept their full compliment for the second half.

Curraha's victory saw them complete a league, junior football championship and Tailteann Cup treble.
