Tipp firepower to see off Clare
Tipperary v Clare, Semple Stadium, 7.30, R Maloney (Limerick)
Tipperary were much too strong for Waterford in their opening game, but, despite their 11-point success, manager David Power has made four changes to the side.
Paddy Dalton, Niall O'Meara, Ian Fahey and Philip Quirke come into the team in place of Darragh Kearney, Padraig O'Meara, John O'Callaghan and Billy Hewitt as the Premier look to keep their bid for just a second Munster U-21 title alive.
Michael Quinlivan can provide the firepower and he'll be sharper, having the Waterford game under his belt, with Liam McGrath also a threat.
Clare manager Joe Garry has admitted his side are rank outsiders against a Tipp team that contains a handful of All-Ireland-minor-winning footballers and, even though Clare caused a minor upset when beating Limerick in last year's competition, anything other than a Tipp win would be a shock.
Odds: Tipperary 1/6, Clare 9/2, Draw 12/1
