But why was Aidan O'Shea put on Kieran Donaghy?  Brady defends his call on it and says it worked to a degree.

"But you wouldn’t send a plumber to wire a house,' argues Ó'Sé.  'Kieran Donaghy is playing the football of his life at the moment.  If Aidan O'Shea was in centre forward he would cause consternation in the Kerry backs and would be a much greater danger in there.'

Kerry are still the favourites says Brogan.

"Eamonn Fitzmaurice has a couple of big calls to make to try and fix the cracks that Mayo showed up yesterday.  Kerry still hold the ace though."

David Brady is more confident of Mayo's chances in the replay however.

"Apart from Aidan O'Shea, there's not a lot of other question marks in the Mayo team."

For Ó'Sé, Kerry still have an awful lot to do in the days running up to the game.

"The Kerry full-back line needs to improve.  Like the tide we need to move in and out as a unit.  We just need to tweak it a little bit.  Kerry have to get the balance right but it will be a big ask to do in just a week."
