For the second consecutive week, The Throw-In, Independent.ie's GAA podcast, reached the top of the iTunes podcast charts - and currently leads the sports category.

Each Monday, INM's best pundits and journalists including the likes of Joe Brolly, Tomás Ó Sé, John Mullane, Brendan Cummins, Colm Keys, Michael Verney and Donnchadh Boyle join Will Slattery and Rory O'Connor from Rory's Stories for a mix of chat and analysis as our GAA team look back over the weekend's action.

Already after two episodes this season, the podcast has been a hit with sports fans, reaching the top spot of both the overall iTunes podcast chart as well as the sports category.

On this week's episode, Joe Brolly joined Will and Rory to discuss the gym culture in the GAA, Tomás Ó Sé weighed in on Brendan O'Sullivan's positive drug test while John Mullane broke down exactly where Dublin hurling has gone wrong.

"We have the biggest names in GAA journalism and punditry working here at INM, and it is great to give them an extra platform to showcase their expertise and insights," INM Group Editor-in-Chief Stephen Rae said.

"I'm delighted that The Throw-In has found an engaged audience, and that our innovation is being rewarded. I'm sure the podcast will go from strength to strength as the championship progresses."
