Wicklow star Seanie Furlong scored 1-7 as 'Kerry' crushed 'Leitrim' at Gaelic Park to retain their title.

Offaly's Willie Mulhall also got in on the scoring act, hitting 2-1, and he was ably assisted by the likes of PJ Banville and Ross Wherity.

Kerry led by 1-5 to 0-4 at the break, and a lightning start to the second half all but sealed the game, with Mulhall getting his second goal. And despite hard running by Brian Connor and the introduction of Dan Doona and Nicky Joyce, Kerry were in cruise control.

The game was long over by the time Furlong's goal arrived after a superb pass from Banville, before Connor bagged a consolation goal at the other end.
