Fermanagh's revival continued with a comfortable eight-point victory over Wexford that saw the Ulster side consolidate their second place in the league at Innovate Wexford Park.
The first half was pedestrian until Fermanagh found their feet and set up a 0-3 to 0-2 lead after 17 minutes with a Sean Quigley free.
But the victory was built on a goal that came after home 'keeper Shane Roche was adjudged to have fouled Paul McCusker as he moved to gather a high ball. Quigley scored with the penalty to set up a 1-5 to 0-3 interval lead.
Fermanagh controlled the rest of the half, with Eoin Donnelly and Ryan Jones dominating the midfield area and Ryan McCluskey inspirational at centre-back.
Fermanagh led 1-10 to 0-6 entering the closing 15 minutes thanks to fine points from Eoin Donnelly, Tomas Corrigan and Barry Mulrone. Wexford looked spiritless and hardly contested a ball, allowing their opponents to stroll to an eight-point victory.
