Greville's late goal ends Westmeath's long wait for league win

PADDY KEENAN'S 26th-minute penalty proved the crucial score as Louth edged a deserved victory at Wexford Park.

Louth raced into the lead, which would have been greater but for Anthony Masterson. Ben Brosnan and Ciaran Lyng soon had the home side level but then Masterson brought down Mark Brennan, leaving Keenan to crash home. Louth were leading 1-4 to 0-5 at the break and although Wexford had a good second half, Louth held out.
