GAAGO to stream the Leitrim v Antrim clash from the first round of Tailteann Cup on May 28

THE Tailteann Cup first round clash of Leitrim and Antrim will be streamed live on the GAAGO service on Saturday week.

The GAA today announced fixture details for the first round proper of the inaugural Tailteann Cup on May 28-29, with four games in the northern section pencilled in for the Saturday and three ties in the southern section taking place on the Sunday.

The latter will include the winners of this weekend’s two preliminary round showdowns between Wexford/Offaly and Wicklow/Waterford, with venue details to be determined by whoever prevails between Wexford and Offaly in Enniscorthy this Sunday.



Round 1 (Northern Section): Cavan v Down, Kingspan Breffni, 2.0; Leitrim v Antrim, Avant Money Páirc Séan Mac Diarmada, 2.0 (GAAGO); Longford v Fermanagh, Glennon Brothers Pearse Park, 5.30; Sligo v London, Markievicz Park, 6.0.


Round 1 (Southern Section): Carlow v Tipperary, Netwatch Cullen Park, 2.0; Laois v Westmeath, MW Hire O’Moore Park, 2.0; Wexford/Offaly v Wicklow/Waterford, venue TBC, 2.0.
