Cooper and Goulding lift O'Rourke back into the top 10

Last week marked a small improvement for Sunday Independent columnist Colm O'Rourke in the Fantasy Gaelic stakes as he climbed back into the top 10. He can thank Cork's Daniel Goulding and Kerry's Colm Cooper for his 46-point haul. The sharp-shooting duo racked up 34 points between them while Tomás ó Sé and Eoin Cadogan took responsibility for the remainder.

Eamonn O'Hara also made up some ground and now sits in 30th place after earning 44 points last week. His captain, Kerry star Tomás ó Sé, earned him 16 points, Cooper 15 and Cadogan four.

The Fielder finished with a dismal 18 points, with Donncha O'Connor and Aidan Walsh splitting his tally with nine points each. He now has 209 points, 140 off the top.

In the experts' league, Ronan Sweeney stormed to the top of the table with his 49-point haul. Although Paudie Kissane only earned him one point, his midfield pairing of Aidan Walsh and Johnny Buckley brought him in 18 points and his captain Colm Cooper added a further 30.

However, the Kildare man's lead is a narrow one, with Westmeath's Aidan Finnan and Wexford's Graeme Molloy one point behind in joint second place.
