Confirmed: Kerry Legend Paul Galvin to team up with Brogan brothers at Plunkett's
Paul Galvin has confirmed he will play club football in Dublin with St Oliver Plunkett's this year.
Galvin, Footballer of the Year in 2009, transferred from Kerry's Lixnaw to Kilmacud to play hurling last year but his participation was limited due to work commitments.
After crossing swords in several high-profile clashes in the past the retired Kingdom forward (37) will now join forces with the Brogan brothers, Alan and Bernard, under the management of former Dubs star Paul Curran.
Galvin confirmed the news on the Dermot and Dave Show on Today FM earlier today.
"I'm going to play a bit in Dublin this year, with Plunkett's out in Cabra," said Galvin.
"I'm friends with a few of the boys there and there are people from home involved at board level. They are good lads and they have a very good manager."
