The winner of the country's last two tickets for tomorrow's All-Ireland clash used his love of the GAA for a more-than-worthy cause.

Gary Kinsella, from Coolock, Dublin said he was 'over the moon' to win the Independent.ie tickets for the Dublin and Kerry final.

Gary's submission for the competition was a photograph of him standing beside a signed Dublin jersey in Dublin Airport.

He wrote alongside the photograph: "Here's a picture of me with one of our collection of all 32 county jerseys signed by every player in the country, me and my brother collected and auctioned off for charity and now they hang proudly in Dublin Airport beside our names for everyone who enters this wonderful country to enjoy!"

The lucky winner described how the trip around Ireland was a campaign to raise money for suicide awareness.

Gary's brother died by suicide a few years ago, so himself and his brother started a major fundraising drive which saw them travel the length and breadth of the country in a bid to gather county players' signatures.

"My brother was a major GAA fan so we collected the jerseys and got them all signed to raise money for Pieta House," he told Independent.ie

"It took us seven months to get the whole collection sorted, it was a bit stressful but it was a great adventure."

Their adventure raised a whopping €14,000 for Pieta House.

Gary said he was 'delighted' to pick up the Hogan Stand tickets this evening.

Couldn't make the semi-final because I was in the South Pacific but I still tried my best to support Dublin away from home! Would love to go to the final now that I'm back in Ireland. Pretty please?! Laura Marie Sheridan

I'm Dublins Biggest Fan. From a wardrobe full of Dublin Jerseys and hoodies, my minion 18th birthday cake with a Dublin Jersey, my paintings of Brogan, Flynn and Cullen, abseiling from the top of Croke park for Youth Mental Health bringing the GAA to Mexico and wearing Dublin gear everywhere I go. Four years ago, three days before the 2011 Dublin v Kerry final, here's yours truly in me Dublin jersey in front of the grotto in Lourdes, saying a prayer for The Dubs to win. And three days later my prayers were answered, and I was in Croker to watch Cluxton put that beautiful point over the bar for the winner and join The Dubs in celebrating victory. This year, I'd love to do it all again, but there's n'ere a ticket (or two!) to be found. - Eamonn Frawley contacted us at contact@independent.ie
