same again for armagh

ARMAGH have stuck with the same side that wrote the county into the history books for Saturday's trip to Galway.

Paul Grimley's side racked up the biggest tally ever seen in a qualifier game when they recorded 8-13 against Leitrim in Carrick-on-Shannon and the same starting 15 will take to the field in Salthill's Pearse Stadium.

The Orchard men have made an impressve recovery from their listless Ulster championship display against Cavan and now find themselves just 70 minutes away from a return to Croke Park.

The winners of Saturday's game face another quick turnaround to prepare for a clash with beaten Munster finalists Cork at HQ where a place in the last eight will be at stake.

Armagh (SF v Galway) – P McEvoy; P McKeown, B Donaghy, J Morgan; A Kernan, C McKeever, M Shields; J Lavery, S Harold; C Rafferty, K Dyas, E Rafferty; J Clarke, T Kernan, E McVerry.
