McNamara helps Royals march on

MEATH 1-16 WICKLOW 2-4

MEATH put Wicklow to the sword at Pairc Tailteann.

Six successive points in the opening 11 minutes ensured a flying start for Meath and a Darragh McNamara goal helped them to a 1-8 to 1-3 half-time lead, with Wicklow's goal coming from Dean Odlum. And Meath made the game safe as they extended the lead to 1-14 to 1-4 by the 46th minute.
