Hurley points the way for Cork

Cork recovered from a disappointing start to win a place in the final following a closely- fought match with Meath in Templemore on Saturday afternoon.

The Rebels trailed by six points after as many minutes with points by Meath's Liam Tolan and a Paddy Haslam goal. Cork trailed by two points at half-time.

Points from Brian Hurley and Dara Ring edged Cork ahead early in the second half. A Brian McMahon goal sprang Meath back into life but Cork finished well with four points in a row.
