Hanratty lines out in final despite arrest

CROSSMAGLEN forward Jonathan Hanratty lined out for his club in yesterday's Ulster Club Football final against Ballinderry, in spite of his arrest on Friday.

Hanratty was charged with obstruction, resisting arrest and assault on police after being arrested following an incident at his home.

He was released later the same day and is scheduled to appear in court in Newry on December 20.

Hanratty was influential in the Crossmaglen attack yesterday as the Orchard kingpins edged out the Derry champions by 0-5 to 0-3.
