Double-ups on McGrath cards
Three Munster teams are facing a double-up weekend as the inclement weather forces a squeeze on the various GAA tournament fixtures.
The three McGrath Cup first round games slated for last night in Limerick, Tipperary and Tralee have all been shelved.
It now means that Tipperary or UL, Kerry or IT Tralee and Limerick or Waterford IT will play two matches in just over 24 hours, with quarter-finals set to take place on Sunday.
Kerry and Tralee IT will play tomorrow at the Strand Road, home of Kerins O'Rahillys; Kilmallock will host Limerick and Waterford IT, with Sean Treacy Park in Tipperary Town again the venue for Tipperary and UL.
Any postponed games will take place on the following Wednesday evening.
