Adams blitz books Rossa's final spot
CAMOGIE: O'Donovan Rossa (Antrim) will meet Tipperary's Drom & Inch in the final of the All-Ireland senior club championship on November 16 next.
The Antrim kingpins defeated Ballyboden St Enda's 3-18 to 0-6.
Meanwhile, Drom & Inch just about edged past a gritty Athenry side.
Jane Adams was the scoring heroine for O'Donovan Rossa, weighing in with a massive 2-11 haul.
Therese Shortt and Siobhán McGrath led the scoring charge as Drom & Inch qualified for their first final with a one-point victory.
Clare outfit Kilmaley will attempt to deny Laois side Harps a third successive crown when the teams contest the junior final, also on November 16.

way for Sarsfields
LADIES FOOTBALL: Tracey Lawlor led the way as Laois champions Sarsfields survived an early onslaught from their Wexford counterparts Clonee to emerge victors by 1-16 to 2-3 in the VHI Leinster Ladies SFC final at Graiguecullen yesterday.

FOOTBALL: James Stephens chalked up a historic win in the Leinster club intermediate football championship yesterday when they beat Carnew Emmets 2-11 to 2-7 in Arklow.
And it was two All Star hurlers -- centre-back Jackie Tyrrell and centre-forward Eoin Larkin -- and former All Star full-forward Brian McEvoy who powered James Stephens to their resounding 2-11 to 2-7 victory.
