The difference between rugby and soccer can be summed up in how injury can be conveyed to the sideline.

In the Premier League, the fatally injured player does a triple salchow and a bit of Laurence Olivier before the broken leg is magically healed by the physio and – praise the Lord – the player runs off to join the attack.
