The Laragh Trail Run due to take place on Saturday March 21 has been postponed on public health and safety grounds due to the spread of Covid-19.
The Laragh Trail Run is a trail run organised by the Parents' Association of St. Kevin's National school, Laragh.
The objective of the run is to raise funds annually for the school which from 2013 has housed the area Autism unit and provides quality education to a diverse student body.
The event is a celebration of the beautiful environment of the Wicklow uplands and promotes Laragh as a mountain village ideal for healthy and active lifestyles.
This year's Laragh Trail Run will now take place on August 29 instead.
Organisers apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank everyone for their continued support.
