The Barry family of Glebemount, Wicklow town, would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who supported their recent fundraising efforts for The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.

The services of the KRBT were used a year ago to bring home their son and brother, Simon Barry, who died tragically, on a trip to Helsinki, Finland, in May of 2018.

'A song for Simon' was held in the Cobblestone pub in Smithfield, Dublin and 'Yoga for Simon' was held in the Ananta yoga and Ayurveda studios Wicklow town run by Liz Richards.

The combination of events raised an impressive total of €12,937.50.

The Barry family are deeply grateful to the wonderful community, neighbours, friends and family in Wicklow town for all of their support and the local businesses and people who donated raffle prizes.
