Football Club Notes

Our Junior team was in Lacken last Thursday evening where we beat the new Kilbride/Lacken team in the league. It was a different Lacken pitch on Thursday with the grass freshly cut, the pitch marked out and not a cow or cow manure in sight. Well done, lads. We had a few changes from the Hollywood game, a few lads a bit sore after that game. However, it was our first league game that finished 15 aside. Our team was: Pat Flynn, J Byrne, C Grace (2-1) Ronan Conron (0-1) Bill Flynn, Dean Flynn, P Kelly, Ed Flynn (0-3), Rory Toomey, Niki Donovan,(-1), Colm O'Neill (0-2), G Daly (0-4), S Florin, B Daly, and Kevin Mills (0-4).

There was no lotto winner last week. Emma Healy, Niamh and John, Rory Toomey, John and sue, and Fab Butler matched three and won €40 each. The jackpot is now €6,300.
