An exhibition by Padraig McCaul called 'Somewhere to Call Home' is under way at The Design Loft in Enniskerry.

The exhibition of paintings will continue until September 28 and features new original work as well as limited-edition embellished prints.

He also paints the landscape and coast of the West of Ireland, populated by old farm buildings, winding roads and, most recently, his own family.

McCaul's work is available through numerous galleries in Ireland, with his main representative being The Doorway Gallery, Dublin. He exhibits annually at the RDS Art Fair, Dublin in November, and the Wexford Opera Festival (Whites Hotel) in October.

His work is also available at padraigmccaul.com

McCaul runs an annual series of summer workshops on Achill Island from May to August.

His courses are aimed at painting enthusiasts of all levels - even beginners. Materials and easels can be supplied if required.
