There was a great turn out on Saturday for a fundraising concert held in the Grand Hotel for Team Hope.

Unity Gospel Choir and the Lisa Heenan School of Dance came together for an evening of fun and entertainment.

Team Hope is an Irish, Christian development aid charity, working with children, and through them, into their families and communities mainly across Eastern Europe, former Soviet Union and Africa

Unity Gospel Choir are a community choir based in Nun's Cross, Ashford.

They are a collection of all faiths coming together to sing praise. Throughout the year the choir lend their support to various fundraising concerts and shows taking place throughout the county.

For the Team Hope concert they performed some of their favourite songs and hymns.

The Lisa Heenan's School of Dance are based in the Wicklow Dance Studio.

For Saturday's concert they performed some of their moving lyrical ballet, enhancing the atmosphere with their interpretation of the words and messages of some of the songs that the choir sang.

All the proceeds raised on the night will go toward Team Hope.
