Art and living food comes to Wicklow for workshop at Healthy Habits

ALIVE, the Irish Living Foods Association, will welcome Joan Kirby as the guest speaker at their next event titled ‘Mandalas - Tell Your Story in Line and Colour', which will conclude with a three-course living food supper.

Joan, an art teacher for twenty years, graduated from NCAD with a First Class Honours Degree in Fine Art. She studied Iconography and received a Diploma from the The Prince’s Trust, London.

Joan has exhibited in Ireland, London and Paris and also exhibited in the Group Show 'Another View' in the Wicklow Library in 2022. Her work is in private collections in Ireland.

Joan’s workshop takes place on May 27 at 3 p.m. in Healthy Habits Studio located on Quarantine Hill in Wicklow town. All materials are supplied for the workshop.

The workshop will be followed by a short demonstration on Living Foods by Raw Gourmet Chef Veronica O'Reilly, which can be anything from a warming soup, a guilt-free dessert or a nut-burger to a vegan raw lasagne. There will then be a special three course living food meal.

All are welcome to attend and the cost is €20
