Plans lodged to create new guesthouse on Baltinglass Main Street
Wicklow County Council are due to make a decision next month on plans for a guesthouse on Baltinglass Main Street.
Eamon Horan has lodged a planning application seeking to full permission for the change of use of existing agricultural outbuildings structures to residential use guest house accommodation and minor modifications to elevations and all associated site works at Main Street, Baltinglass.
The existing roof is to be retained and repaired where necessary.

No works are proposed to the Main Street elevation and secure pedestrian access is to be maintained. The existing stone façade is to be repointed.
A decision date by Wicklow County Council is due by April 24.
