A fundraising event took place last Saturday at Cornerstone Church, in aid of Bray woman Jade Ogilvy.
Some of Jade's friends arranged the event, which will include games, a bake sale, a ‘pub quiz’, spot prizes, raffles, live entertainment and more.
A gofundme page which was set up to raise money to help Jade and her parents raised over €17,000.
The Oldcourt woman fell seriously ill while on a family holiday in Rhodes, Greece, and she was diagnosed with Advanced Myeloid Leukaemia (AML).
She has returned home after receiving treatment in Athens for over a month.
Earlier this month a gig was held in the car park of Ballywaltrim Community Centre Car Park.
Acts who performed at that fundraising event included Dylan O'Toole, Robby Doyle, Andrew Edwards and Lee Taylor.
