Wicklow man’s alleged drugs possession case adjourned

A case involving a man from County Wicklow charged in connection with an alleged drugs-possession offence, committed in County Wexford, was adjourned when it went before a recent sitting of Gorey District Court.
Gearoid Nicholl, Echofield, Rathdrum, Wicklow, is charged with committing the alleged offence at Toberduff, Gorey, on October 24, 2020.
When the matter went before Judge John Cheatle, solicitor, Yvonne Dunne, sought a disclosure order in the case and also made an application for legal aid.
Judge Cheatle adjourned the case to September 14, for a plea or hearing date to be fixed.
