Whale Theatre in Greystones to screen ‘The Big Lebowski​​​

The Greystones Big Night Out series continues with ‘The Big Lebowski’ on Saturday, December 4.

Film fans can enjoy a dinner in one of Greystones' fine restaurant followed by a classic movie on the big screen for afters.

Sonny's are joining the party with a fine burger menu on the night plus a complimentary drink at  6 p.m.  whilst the big screen will be giving itself over at 8 p.m. to ‘The Big Lebowski, the Coen brothers’ classic comedy crime film starring Jeff Bridges as as Jeffrey "The Dude" Lebowski, a Los Angeles slacker and avid bowler. The cast includes John Goodman, Sam Elliott, Julianne Moore, Steve Buscemi, John Turturro, andPhilip Seymour Hoffman.

The series will continue in 2022 with a 50th anniversary screening of ‘The Godfather’ planned for January 22 alongside dinner at The Hungry Monk. Other classic films set to be shown include ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding’ and ‘The Dead’, with more details to be announced at a later stage.
