FAI Junior Cup: North End United set up a last 16 clash with Killarney Celtic by comfortably overcoming Ballymun United in their FAI Junior Cup sixth round tie on Saturday.

The Wexford Premier Division champions ran out facile 6-0 winners, with Paul 'Spot' Murphy helping himself to a hat-trick, Shane Dempsey adding a double and Jason Murphy also getting in on the act.

Moyne Rangers' journey in the competition was ended on Sunday when they lost out 3-2 to Usher Celtic in the seventh round.

John Peare and Peter Marsden hit the back of the net for the Enniscorthy outfit, but unfortunately they bowed out after a brave effort.

LFA Junior Cup

Corach Ramblers progressed to the fifth round of the LFA Junior Cup when seeing off holders Colinstown FC on penalties on Sunday.

Niall Harney got the goal for the Danescastle-based side in a 1-1 draw and the hosts prevailed in the shoot-out, coming out on top 4-3 to seal a magnificent win.

Wexford Volkswagen Cup

Enniscorthy United's second string comfortably progressed to the second round of the Wexford Volkswagen Cup when overwhelming Rosslare Port 'B' on Sunday.

United ran out 5-0 winners, with goals from Mario Salveta, James Sheridan, Kyle Lacey (two) and Darren Walsh.
