North End United took a big scalp in the fifth round of the FAI Junior Cup when overcoming Janesboro FC in Pearse Stadium in Limerick on Sunday.
The Sky Blues ran out 2-1 winners, with Shane Dempsey and Jason Murphy hitting the back of the net for the Wexford town outfit.
Their Premier Division rivals Moyne Rangers also progressed, thanks to a 2-1 win over Lakewood Athletic. John Peare and Ryan Mahon got the goals for the Enniscorthy side.
Wexford Bohs put up a brave effort before bowing out to Knocknaheeny Celtic 2-1 after extra-time. Todd Hynes got the goal for the Wexford representatives.
There was no joy for Courtown Hibs and New Ross Celtic, with both suffering defeats on the road. Hibs lost 3-0 to Clonmel Celtic, while the Barrowsiders succumbed 6-0 to St. Michael's FC.
