Mini's the man for saints

Division 1

St. Leonards and Rosslare Rangers remain deadlocked at the top of Division 1 after both recorded victories on Sunday.

Seán 'Mini' Ryan had his shooting boots on, hitting the back of the net four times as St. Leonards saw off Curracloe United 5-2, with Kevin O'Grady getting their other goal and the seasiders replying through Graham Staples and an own goal.

Rosslare Rangers had a tougher assignment as a Gearóid Byrne goal was enough to beat Campile United 1-0.

Ciarán Redmond bagged a double and Darren Jordan got the other goal for Forth Celtic in their 3-0 win over Shelburne, while Ferns United and Wexford Bohs drew 1-1, with Adrian Breen scoring for the hosts and Seán Pailing replying for the Wexford town side.

Lenny Connolly was the hat-trick hero for Moyne Rangers in their 4-2 win in Kilmore, with a Mark Kirwan free-kick completing the Enniscorthy side's tally.
