Members of the Wexford Light Opera Society lifted the roof of Barntown Church recently during a fundraising concert.
The concert which is the group's final fundraiser to help fund its upcoming production of Sweeney Todd had something for young and old.
Pat Lawlor of the Wexford Light Opera Society said the concert had been organised primarily by Margaret Gurhy and was a great success.
'It was a fantastic night and we were delighted with the turnout. We had some great feedback from people as well.
'On the night we had performances from some of our most established members such as Tony Carty and George Lawlor as well as our newer members like Amy Richards and Nathan Fitzpatrick. I think we offered a great selection of variety and everyone was pleased.'
The members of Wexford Light Opera Society were also joined by guest soloists from the Rathangan Variety Group.
