The Loreto secondary school in Wexford is proud to present a brand new Jukebox Musical Drama called 'A Higher Love', written and directed by 16-year old Muireann Carty.

This is a tragic love story that follows a group of teenagers who learn the value of friendship, love and life through the relationships they share.

'A Higher Love' will be performed by the Loreto Transition Year Class of 2019 with the assistance of CBS Wexford and St. Peter's College students in Dun Mhuire Theatre on Friday, May 10 at 8 p.m. for one night only. Tickets are available at Loreto Wexford from 1.05 p.m. to 2.05 p.m. daily and will also be sold at the door on the night.

Muireann is a daughter of the well-known Wexford singer and Ferrycarrig Hotel chef Tony Carty and photographer Paula Malone Carty.
