'Beautiful, on the inside and out.' That was how Chloe Agnew was described following her performance at Our Lady's Island Church.
The soprano singer wowed the sell-out crowd, utilising her surroundings to deliver an unforgettable night's entertainment.
'We have a fabulous church, with amazing acoustics,' said Olga Thompson who, along with Marie Mullins and Theresa Rea, helped to organise the night. 'Chloe gave an amazing performance, she sang 'Amazing Grace' with the Island Voices choir while her dad played the oboe, it was wonderful for her to let us be part of the night. She seems very grateful for the gift she's been given, she's down-to-earth, a wonderful character, beautiful inside and out.'
Confirming that the proceeds from the night would be shared between the Wexford Women's Refuge and the local parish, Olga paid tribute to Fr Jim Cogley, those who supported the event and the volunteers who ensured the night ran smoothly.
