It's All For One' at Oyster Lane

EN GUARD! Oyster Lane Theatre Group are set to take Dun Mhuire by storm with their All Ireland Premiere production of the new musical, All For One'.

Based on the three musketeers theme, All For One', will be directed by Paul Walsh, who is fresh from winning the Best Director accolade at the All Ireland Drama Finals this year.

Joining Paul on the production team are Patrick Clancy as Musical Director, and choreographer Suzanne O'Leary. Long-standing director, Alan Corcoran has decided to step down from the helm this year, but takes a role in the cast of All for One'.

Auditions were recently held and the cast has been announced, and include a line up of new and fresh talent along with some familiar faces.

In his first leading role, Eric Hayes takes the sword of D'Artagnan who aspires to become one of the Musketeers of King Louis XIV. Neal O'Leary takes the part of Musketeer Aramis, a passionate religious man, with ambition one day to become a Bishop. The part of Musketeer Athos is to be played by Barry Wadding, and Mark Mahoney takes on the role of the loveable character of Porthos.

With a challenging role of playing twin brothers, James McDermott plays the parts of Philippe and King Louis XIV., while Heather Hadrill plays Mademoiselle Bonacieux.

Two new members to Oyster Lane Theatre Group have also landed main parts. They are Ciara Heron, who plays Anne of Austria and Mags Jacob, who plays the part of Madame Conquenard.

Captain of the Musketeers, Baisemeaux, will be played by Robbie Duggan. The Cardinal's men will be played by Thomas O'Leary as Jussac, Lee Hynes as Cahusac and Sheamus Hadrill as La Chesnayne.

Also to take to the stage is Caroline O'Connell as the Landlady, Alan Corcoran as Monsieur de Treville, Fiona Clancy as Madame D'Artagnan, Paul Reck as Turnkey and Chermaine Wilson as Francine.

All 4 One runs from Saturday, October 27 until Friday, November 2 at the Dun Mhuire.
