Six men were discovered at Rosslare Harbour on Monday, days after nine migrants were discovered in the back of a truck near New Ross.
The six, all of whom are believed to be from Afghanistan, travelled from Cherbourg, France to Rosslare in a ship container..
The men were discovered at Rosslare Harbour on Monday by immigration officers.
It is understood they travelled in a container on a ship from Cherbourg in France, to Rosslare.
All six werer taken to New Ross Garda station where they were processed.
It is not known if they will be seeking asylum in Ireland.
The discovery comes less than two days after nine men of Kurdish origin were discovered at the back of a trailer on the Waterford to New Ross road on Saturday afternoon.
