MINISTER Brendan Howlin is to speak at the Wexford Food Family's inaugural Food Summit which is due to take place at the Ferrycarrig Hotel on Friday, February 28.
Pauline Dunne, of Killowen Farm will be presenting a case study at summit which opens with registration at 9 a.m.
The gathering will also be addressed by Michael Murphy, director of markets at Bord Bia.
Following the addresses, there will be a panel discussion. Members of the panel include Neil Murphy, Wexford Creamery, Bettie Marie Burger Smit, Brandon House Hotel , Kenneth O'Connor, Musgrave Group, Colin Jephson, Ardkeen Quality Food Store, Pauline Dunne and Michael Murphy.
