One of County Wexford's most well-known and popular hotels will go under the auctioneer's hammer later this month and is expected to sell for around €500,000.
Hotel Rosslare, in Rosslare Harbour, will be auctioned off in the premises itself by Keane Auctioneers on Friday, October 19, at 3 p.m.
Speaking about the impending sale auctioneer, John Keane, said it's a rare opportunity for someone to acquire a prime business premises in an ideal location.
'It has everything going for it and it's being sold lock, stock and barrel,' he said.
'It has 25 bedrooms and great parking but it's also going with all fixtures and fittings,' he added.
'It's a property that has a long term future because of where it is and it's also in excellent overall condition.'
Describing it as 'an outstanding property', Mr Keane said interest in the boutique hotel since it was first put on the market a little over two weeks ago has been 'phenomenal'.
