Eight Wexford properties will go under the hammer at Thursday's Allsop auction.
The auction which takes place in the RDS will feature over 200 residential and investment properties with a total value reserve of over €24m. The catalogue offers a broad range of houses and apartments located nationwide, along with a selection of over 70 commercial properties.
In Wexford a four bed detached house at 2 Miillford, Craaford has a reserve not to exceed €180,000, the most expensive Wexford lot being offered at the auction. The property is currently tenanted with a rent of €5,400 per year. There are gardens to the front and rear and off street parking.
A three bed semi detached house at 89 Hazelwood, Gorey is currently vacant and has a garden to the rear as well as off street parking. It has a reserve of not more than 140,000. Similarly 77 Hazelwood, Gorey, another three bedroom house with a garden to the front and rear has the same reserve. It is also currently vacant.
13 Ashfield Drive, Clonard is an end of terrace house with a garden to the rear. There is off street parking and the house is vacant. It has a reserve of not more than €85,000. 15 Glenrichards Cove, Ardamine, Gorey is a mid-terrace three bedroom house which is also in vacant possession. There is a garden to the rear and off street parking. The reserve is not to exceed €75,000.
2 Dair Ard, Boreen Hill, Enniscorthy is a ground floor two bedroom apartment with off street parking. Currently subject to a tenancy with an gross rent of €5,200 per year the reserve is not to exceed €45,000.
A first floor one bedroom apartment at 17A, The Moorings, New Ross is also in vacant possession. It has a reserve of not more than €30,000.
The final property, Apartment 10, Waterside, Rosbercon, New Ross is the cheapest Wexford property on offer at the auction with a reserve of not more than €20,000. It is in vacant possession according to the auction catalogue and is seen as an investment property.
Commenting at the launch of the April auction catalogue, Jonathan Fenn, Allsop's Divisional Director, said: 'Following on from three successful auctions in the first quarter of the year, we have assembled 213 lots for the first of three auctions to take place in quarter two.
