Rosslare Harbour: Rosslare Rangers AFC - Rosslare Rangers are holding their 50th anniversary this year, and to celebrate we are having a night on August 3, in Whites Hotel.

DAY TRIP - There is a day trip along the Copper Coast, Co Waterford, on Thursday, July 25. The trip will include Dunmore East, Tramore and Bunmahon, Returning by Ballinaboola. Summer Events 2019
Summer is up and running here at Rosslare Community Centre and our events programme is already in full swing/
Summer camp (4-12 years) runs from 9.30 p.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to Friday. Register from 9.15 on the day. Every day is filled with fun activities, playground time, beach trips and much more. five-a-side soccer (kindly sponsored by Coast Rosslare Strand) kicks off every afternoon at 4 p.m. (6-9 years) and 5 p.m. (10-14 years). This year we welcome Parks Tennis to the centre, with classes running throughout the month of July from 9.30 p.m. to 1 p.m. For more information contact Austin at 086 0789517 (4 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
If you're not the sporty type, don't worry - there's plenty for you to choose from. From July 3, our hugely popular family bingo evenings take place every Wednesday at Coast Rosslare - doors open at 7.30 p.m., with eyes down at 8 p.m. Come early.
Dust off your favourite teddy or toy for the annual Teddy Bears Picnic at 1 p.m. on Sunday, July 14, in our Access for All Garden. Join us for an afternoon of fun - prizes for best dressed Teddy. Picnic lunch provided, with storytelling, face painting, balloon modelling and much more. €5 per child (adults free).
Monday and Thursday nights are Movie nights at the centre with family movies showing at 6.30 p.m. Only €3 per child (adults free); fresh popcorn, ice-creams, sweets and cold drinks available from the centre shop.
Shine Bright Theatre return with a super silly puppet show every Tuesday evening at 7.30.

Our meetings are on hold now for July and August but there is an informal get together each Tuesday morning in Coast Hotel at about 10.30 a.m. when some members like to meet for a cuppa, everyone is welcome, the more the merrier. We have our planned outing on Thursday next, July 4, to the Botanic Gardens and Glasnevin Cemetery with a meal on the return journey in the Ashdown Park Hotel, Gorey. The coach will pick up at the Railway Social Club, Rosslare Harbour at 7.40 a.m. and at the church car park, Rosslare Strand at 8 a.m. We have a full coach so hopefully we will get good weather and everyone will enjoy the day.

Doyle's, Orchard Park are opening their garden to the public every Sunday. All are invited; proceeds will be divided between Tagoat Parish Church and Tagoat Day Care centre.

Lotto - we are looking for more people to help sell tickets; the seller of a winning jackpot ticket will win €500 and there will be a monthly voucher seller draw for €50. Tickets are €2 and can be bought from all Managers, players, committee members and places around the parish.

St Mary's camogie club
Huge congratulations from all at the club to Cian Byrne and James Shiel on the brilliant Leinster Minor Hurling success. What a win. The whole camogie club was right behind you. Wishing our under-eight camogie coaches Mick and Joanne a very happy wedding day and every good wish for a long and happy future together from all at St Mary's camogie club. We think it's a perfect match.
We just want to wish our committee members and coaches Richie and Jean very happy birthdays. Richie celebrated in style when he had his special birthday (we won't disclose age - but it was a special birthday) Jean also partied the night away with family and friends to mark her special birthday.

Well done to the under-16 team who had an impressive win in Tagoat against Ballygarrett. The final score was Kilross Gaels 6-06 Ballygarrett 3-09.
Minor camogie result: Kilross Gaels 5-10 Buffers Alley 7-04. A super comeback from the Kilross ladies to earn the draw as it was 5-04 to 2-02 at half time. A great game with loads of action throughout. Keep it going girls.
Our under-10s were in action in Cushinstown and came away with a brilliant and decisive win against the hosts. There was some lovely skills on display.
