Rosslare is looking good and we need to keep it that way as the tidy towns adjudicator could visit us at any time. We are the county champions lets all play our part and make the two in a row a reality.

Summer Boot Camp

Summer Events 2019.
Summer holidays are just round the corner and as always, we have a fun-packed schedule in place for your enjoyment and entertainment. Old favourites such as the Teddy Bears Picnic, Puppet show, summer Camp, and the annual Beach party make a welcome return, and the very popular Family Bingo evenings are back throughout July and August. We are also introducing a number of new events this year; workshops by the Nutty Scientists and the Bricks4Kidz team will be in action at the centre. Details of all these and other attractions can be found in our summer Event guide which will be available in the coming weeks, online and from the usual village outlets. Swim Week/Water Safety Week

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18, at 10.30 a.m. in Coast Hotel. As this will be our last meeting for the summer we hope to see all members meet for a cuppa and a chat.
Our next outing will be on July 4 to the Botanical Gardens and Glasnevin Cemetery. We have almost a full coach so anyone wishing to join the trip please come along to the meeting. The cost is €50 to include coach, guided tours and evening meal. This will be collected at the meeting.
A tentative day out is in the pipeline for a Dublin Bay Cruise later in July, further information will follow. We would welcome new members to our group, cost is just €20 for the year and meetings are held on Tuesday mornings every two weeks. Why not come along and enjoy a cuppa and a chat. St Mary's GAA
The lotto was not won. The numbers were 7, 8, 12 and 17 on June 11. No match. Lucky-dip winners Anne Griffin/Mary Power/Emma Roche/Nadine Lambert/Abigail Monaghan. Next draw is 18th 2019 in the clubhouse at 8 p.m. and is €5,800. Tickets are €2 and can be bought off all Managers, players, committee members and places around the parish.
Our Adult team have won both their two football and Hurling matches so well set up for the year. They play St Fintan's in Ballymore at 19.00 on June 22 Football.
Our under-20 Team is with Kilmore and the Hurling championship will be in July. Manager is Conor Roche 087 2027202. Our Nursery takes place at the club house at 10 a.m. every Sat for four- to six-year-old boys and girls all are welcome.

Camogie club news
Our under-8s were in action in a county blitz. The girls played excellently in all three of their matches. They had great fun and showed off their new skills. Well done to all who travelled.
Well done to our junior team (Kilross Gaels) who had a fantastic win over Clongeen. It was an excellent team performance. The team are in action again on June 25 against Oylegate. Best of luck, ladies.

Our under-12s first league match was refixed giving them time to get in some extra training and preparation.
