The Silver Fox which has won many culinary and hospitality awards and recommendations will go under the hammer in an online auction hosted by John Keane Auctioneers on June 3 at 12.30pm. The asking price is available on application.
The restaurant was established in 1991 and over the past 30 years, has built a local and national reputation for top class food, especially seafood and local produce. The owners Shane Carroll and Gopal Kawander said they are now ready to pass the baton on to the next custodians.
