Planning sought for Rosbercon apartments
Planning has been sought for eight apartments on the ground floor of an apartment block in Rosbercon.
Rosbercon based Les Peacock Trading Company Ltd has sought permission from New Ross Municipal District council for a change of use from retail to residential use to provide eight two bedroom apartments and one one bedroom apartment all located at the ground floor level of the five-storey structure.
Proposed construction works include: internal works to create the nine apartments, external works associated with modification to the external walls at the ground floor level only to provide external windows and
doors and the construction of ground floor level private terrace areas with glazed canopies, along with ancillary site works.
