Nolan Transport gets planning green light

Nolan’s transport company has been granted planning permission to build a new facility measuring 1,581sqm in Marshmeadows, New Ross.

The planning application was approved by Wexford County Council in late August for the building which will contain a CVRT Test Facility (1233sqm) and two storey administration block (348sqm).

The proposed development also includes the relocation and widening of existing site entrance, new boundary treatments

and planting, service yard, parking areas for both cars and articulated lorries, new drainage works, an underground attenuation tank, 1 no. oil interceptor along with all associated site works all on a site measuring .84Ha.
